András Borsány-Gyenes
Chairman of the Board and CEO

Andras Borsany-Gyenes, the CEO of Network4 Group started his career at Sky TV in the United
Kingdom.
Returning to Hungary becoming the manager in charge of international relations at Duna
TV, he was then
appointed Program Director for the main public broadcaster, MTV - a position
held for two years between
1998 and 2000. He then moved to become the General Manager of UPC
Media (now AMC). This was the first
Hungarian sports television channel and was launched by him.
In 2004 he returned to Duna TV to become
EVP of programming and strategy.
In 2005 he moved on to establish his own television broadcast company together with the
Finnish media group
Sanoma: Digital Media and Communications (DMC). During this period, he also
supervised the launch of the
Hungarian and Romanian Digi Sport channels as lead project manager.
After buying out his initial partners and then a further partner, he established full
control of DMC in 2018 when
he rebranded all their four linear television channels with the
number 4, the "Network4 Group" was then launched.
2020 saw him re-enter the world of sports with
the launch of Arena4 and in 2021 Arena4+ the exciting OTT
service.
Katharina Bigos
Director of Broadcast Operations
Katharina has over 20 years of experience working in a broad range of senior roles within the
media industry.
Katharina’s background in audio visual rights distribution and content licensing
augmented her career to
international level, with a focus on German speaking and the East
European territories, as a Senior Media Executive
in Sales & Acquisitions. Throughout her career
Katharina has worked with major European broadcasters such
as the RTL Group, CLT-UFA and SBS
Broadcasting. Katharina’s extensive knowledge in the field of media and
broadcasting guides the
Network4 content and scheduling strategy. Based in Luxembourg, Katharina is fluent
in English,
German, French and Polish -
essential for the Network4 international environment.
Tamas Horvath
CFO and deputy CEO
Tamas graduated at the University of Economics in Pecs, Hungary in 2000. Qualified as a Chartered
Accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Budapest before moving to the Amsterdam office of PwC
in
2001. There he joined Liberty Global in 2005 as internal audit manager. In 2007 he became the
CFO of
Liberty Global’s TV channels business, Chello Central Europe in Hungary, now AMC. In 2010
he moved on
to the Modern Times Group (MTG) in London, where he become the CFO of PayTV
channels. After spending
over 15 years in finance, he decided to accept MTG’s Commercial Director
position in 2013 where he
became responsible for the sales and management of MTG’s PayTV
channels in Central-Eastern Europe in
15 countries. In 2019 he joined Digital Media and
Communications (now Network4 Group), where he become the
CFO and deputy CEO of the Group -
responsible for finance, sales and international expansion.
Sambor Ryszka
Director of Strategy, Technology and Legal.
Sambor graduated at the University of Law in Budapest, Hungary in 2004. After seven years in the law firm Lovells,
he worked in the DIGI telecommunications group between 2012 and 2019,
where he held the positions of managing
director of DIGI Hungary and non-executive board member of DIGI Communications N.V.
For two years he was the president of the Association of Hungarian Television Broadcasters (MEME),
and he joined NETWORK4 in 2021.
Having 20 years of experience in the field of media and telecommunications,
Sambor provides valuable support in the management of the company.
He helped the development and the introduction of the company’s sports channels and streaming service,
and is responsible for strategy, legal and regulatory matters.
Stéphane Sabella
Independent Director
Having passed his Bar exam in Luxembourg in 2003, he has a wide range of corporate and legal
experience,
spanning over several industries, specialising in multinational corporations. Having
also 20 years of experience in
corporate law and as inactive attorney at law, his international
legal and compliance expertise is an invaluable
support to the company. He fluently speaks
French, Italian, English and German. Stephane has an extensive
knowledge in international Merger
and Acquisition matters. Stephane assists the Board members in coordinating
the relationship
with the local authorities and supervising the legal and corporate paperwork of N4.
